Two groups of EMS One over, four teams already qualified to LAN playoffs

Two groups of the EMS One has already concluded, and four teams going to the LAN playoffs has already been determined.

The two groups finished in just two days, with each day being consumed for each group. The games were played Bo1, and the top two teams for each group will be advancing into the LAN playoffs.

de Mousesports looked very strong on Group A, highlighted by their win against eventual second placer Europe Fnaticse TCM Gaming placed third with only a win, which came against the only team without a victory – us fnatic.na.

Group C was a toss-up, as we had a three-way tie between ua Natus VincereEurope Kaipi and dk Absolute Legends. However, it was Kaipi getting the boot as the other two team had better time rating than them.

us Team Liquid became the second American team out of two groups to place last and end up without a win on the EMS One Group Stage. The games between an American and a European are being played on the Luxemburg server, and it possibly may have effects on the pings of the Americans.

 

Groups B and D teams will fight it out on 25-26 March.

The top two teams for each of these group will also advance on the offline finals which will be held in April at Poland. 31,000USD in prizes will be given away on that LAN finals.
