At Dotatalk, we are proud to announce our very first Dota 2 tournament which is open to anyone and everyone in Asia! You will all be competing for the first prize of $150.

Where: Steam, SEA server

When: Saturday, August 25, 2012

Check in: 7:00 pm – 7:45pm (SGT) (SGT time could be found on the top left of the website)

Tournament Starting Time: 8:00pm (SGT) (SGT time could be found on the top left of the website)

Number of teams: 32 (max)

Format: Best of 1 – Direct Elimination, with a Best of 3 Final

Prize:

• 1st $150,00 USD

Rules:

• Failure to check-in by 7:45 means that your team would be disqualified and therefore excluded from the tournament bracket.
• Failure to start the first game by 8:30pm (SGT) will result in a deflost for the team causing the delay. (still applied if both teams are the casue of delay).
• Using Players from another team participating in the tournament will not be tolerated, and teams caught doing this will be given a deflost.
